Walter Nicolino

Walter Nicolino (born 1975) is an architect
and a designer practicing in Turin (Italy).
Graduated from the Turin Polytechnic
Institute, Walter developed several
projects as researcher at the MIT
Senseable City Lab in Boston.

Involved as visiting lecturer to numerous
universities and cultural institutions, since
2013 he is teaching in the Architecture &
Product Design Department at the
Ferrara University.

Walter is actually coordinating the
Interior Design Department at the
Institute of Applied Art & Design (IAAD)
in Turin and Bologna.
Interested in developing contemporary
concepts at different scale, Walter
considers design as one of the most
powerful lenses to read the world
complexity.
